Although we would leave on Monday, May 30th, our last day of real visiting would be Sunday, May 29th. We attended church with Bonnie. Lynette and Shannon joined us. Claude was able to renew acquaintance with several friends from his high school years and all those years attending the Thatcher-Penrose Ward.
It was a good service, wonderful Sunday School class, and a nice adult class about communication. I still recognize some of the older people even though I'm not great and putting names with those faces.
Bonnie put a pork tenderloin in the crock pot before we left for church. When we returned home she set Claude to cutting up the pork and adding barbeque sauce. We enjoyed sandwiches and cleaned out the fridge for side dishes.
Julie, Cordell and Becky joined us as well as Lynette and Shannon. Lynette gave me a puzzle of Salt Lake City with 500 pieces. I LOVE puzzles and was very happy to get this one.
Then everyone was off to their own homes. Katelyn and I spent the rest of the afternoon putting together our puzzle.
Julie and Cordell returned later in the evening for one last visit. It was a nice Sabbath Day and a good ending to a very nice trip to Utah.
